Each song is entirely custom-made. Therefore, once payment is completed, an order cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Satisfaction

Your satisfaction comes first. Every order includes one free revision. Please let us know within three days after delivery what you’d like adjusted. We’ll review it together and make changes within reasonable limits.

4. Delivery time

Most songs are delivered within one to three business days. For special requests or during busy periods, delivery may take a little longer, but we’ll always inform you in advance.

5. Usage and rights

The songs you receive are intended for personal use. You may listen, gift, or share them with family and friends. Commercial use, uploading to platforms, or distribution for profit is not permitted. All rights remain with MaakMijnSong.

6. Receiving your file

If you’d like to keep the song, you can receive it as an MP3 file or on a USB drive. Once delivered, it remains a personal file without commercial rights.

7. Retention period

Your song is securely stored on our servers. We keep each song for at least one year. If a song hasn’t been viewed or listened to for a longer time, it may then be archived or deleted.

8. Submitted text or information

The quality of the result depends on what you provide. Please ensure your description is clear and complete. We cannot be held responsible for disappointing outcomes based on unclear or contradictory input.

9. Personal data

Everything you share with us is used only to create, store, and deliver your song. For more details, see our privacy policy.

10. Payment

Orders are paid in advance using the payment methods available on our website. Work begins once payment has been confirmed.

11. Communication

Most communication takes place via email or the private YouTube link you receive. We respond as quickly as possible and always with personal attention.

12. Force majeure and disruptions

Sometimes technical issues or third-party delays can occur. In such cases, we extend the delivery time and inform you immediately. These situations do not entitle refunds, but we always aim for a fair solution.

13. Liability

We provide our service with great care. However, we cannot accept liability for indirect damages, technical failures, or misinterpretation of submitted text. Use of MaakMijnSong is always at your own risk.

14. Changes

15. Final provision

16. Priority for farewells

When we receive a request for De Laatste Groet, we temporarily pause other projects. This may delay your order by one extra day. We hope for your understanding, as when it comes to a final song for a loved one, everything else can wait.
